MIJI Beauty Policy
Please don't be ashamed to do the following: If you feel any discomfort during the extension process (for example: they will make any noise, eye pads are too high, itching, tingling, etc.). please tell the technician. The full service will make the tingling feel less normal, the music is too loud and the communication temperature is too low).
If you have any problems with your eyelashes, please come back for free repairs within 3 days.
If you want to try other technicians in our shop. please request a replacement technician, thank you very much.
If your eyes cannot be closed, please do not expand (someone's eyes are closed but still slightly open, if you are that kind of eyes please expand after they may become red or sting more than others).
Please replace the material if you think it is easy to fall off or too heavy. After 2-3 fillings, please reset it, for refills,over 4 weeks you need a new set! if your old extensions less than 20% , we could not doing a refill, you should have a new set. when the eyelashes grow too long, it is easy to fall off, mess up , uncomfortable. If you want to try different glues, please ask the technician which one is good for you.
